Hey,
I have a production server on which i will only install as few packages as possible. I like drush a lot, eg for running updates. Are there any security considerations I have to make regarding drush? Or can I just install it at use it as normal?

I'm not aware of any reasons not to install Drush on a server whether for security or other reasons.

I'd say, install and enjoy!
