Hello,
can you please help me with the following newbie problem?

I have installed my first Drupal on webhosting (before I tested only on localhost).
I installed the adaptive theme and the pixtur-reloaded sub-theme. The problem is that the default color setting (the Pink) is working fine but at the moment I make a change to it, the web is shown without any css formatting.

As far as I have found on the forum and on the net, it's probably some problem with security setting (of the "files" folder). Unfortunately, I haven't found which access type I need to attribute to this (or any other used) folder.

In the "../sites/files/color/pixture-reloaded-xxxxxxx/" folder, the files it contains heve the correct (not default) color so in fact it looks as the security setting for "files" folder is correct (as the theme can write correct files into that folder)... So it's like only the css files are not accessible.

May that be a .htaccess problem? My webhosting doesn't support e.g. Options +FollowSymLinks
so I put that in comment in the general .htaccess file.

Concerning the "/files/.htaccess" file, there is now only:
#SetHandler Drupal_Security_Do_Not_Remove_See_SA_2006_006

Any idea how I can solve it? Probably it's easy but as I am new to the security properties of folders on the webhosting, I am little bit lost...

Thanks in advance for any help!

Martin
