Post installation

So I have my Primary links and it has a lvl 2 that I chose to show in a sidebar (region called "sidecontent") as a block for each respective site. The menu shows up fine, but I would like to change the class names for the li-elements and also add an extra li-element as the first leaf with some custom text.

How would I proceed to achieve this?

example:

can i have 2 users news mod with different names?

i like the way this mod works and would like to create other sections/pages with this mod but dont know how. so i have usernewm with the link to it etc... but would also like to have another section for stories and another for recipes.... work the same ay as the user news but with its own section. how can i do this??

I m relatively new to drupal. I m trying to build a site that will have to manage its content carefully and properly. I ve read the taxonomy documentation and the taxonomy_menu documentation, however I would like to ask if it is possible somehow to add a vocabulary name as a path to a primary link?

For example, my site contains books for different majors for a college eg. EN(English), CS(Computer Science), PH(Philosophy) etc etc...
Now I would like to have a primary link with name "All Books" and I would like to have all terms in there,
without using the "taxonomy/term/1+2+3", if EN=1, CS=2, PH=3.

And that is because if I add new terms on the Books vocabulary then I would need to go back to my primary links, find All Books and change its path again, adding ...+5+6+7... at the end of it!

I am trying to understand how this amazing platform works, but can you tell me if something like that is doable?

Hi,

I used CCK module to create a content type.

One of the fields is an image field. I created several contents of the type.

I set up a view so that every record of the content type shows up in a table format with a thumbnail of image. Users can select the title to get to the node.

Everything is good so far....

Can someone hint me at how to accomplish the following;

- I need to (using either the same view or entirely another view) have "select" users able to "delete" the records right from the view.

Just like how an authorized user can view individual contents of his site [administer-Content], and further select some or all and "delete".

I want similar functionality, but with my view. That is, selected users will be able to view the "view" and perform delete as needed.

Could someone guide me on what I need to do or approach/modules.

Im using the Booking Timeslots module but you cant limit certain times as available to booking.

Im trying to use the ‘Autocomplete Widgets for CCK Text and Number fields’ module to limit the dates that can be selected.

How do I set this up? There is no documentation outside of the readme text document in the module. The widget doesnt seem to appear for me, and I dont know how to set up the allowed values.

I really appreciate all Drupal contributors but not being able so specify available timeslots is a major limitation of the Booking Timeslot module, and it seems like overcoming this limitation would be a great improvement.

looking for a mod for user news.... tried a couple but they dont do what the description says... i need a mod that does the following.

User logins/creates an account as a user (already set)
user can the submit news
news is stored with date and requires authorisation by admin before its visable on the site
once approved its added to a news section organised by date etc.

where can i get a mod like this. all the mods i tried so far allow news to be posted but this is not authorised just appears on the site so anything could be writen and also dont create a page to add a link to so users can read the news.

id also like a simular mod were stories can be added... ie funs stories about the weather and snow etc.. not really news or whats going on.

can anyone help??? having real trouble with drupal :( ps i know other programs like zen-cart and gallery etc etc and use these alot so im not a complete novice.
