Issue #1662388 by michaellenahan : Send a default postcode to SagePay when the address used doesn't have one. Some countries do not have postcodes, but SagePay will fail without one. Use a dummy value of 0000 if no postcode is set - assuming the AddressField module has already performed validation to ensure a postcode has been entered where required.
