    Added a new feature to CPD Tracker which allows the display of fields attached to the user object on that user's tracker report. Added a configuration page to CPD Tracker to support this. Also added a tab menu item to CPD Core's configuration screen to allow other modules to add tabs to the CPD Configuration page.
