Added the ability to specify which web server a customer ID and related token and subscriptions should be associated on the rebuild. Cron does not use this flag as customer search is not performed during the cron executions unless the rebuild talbes optional is enabled. The website identifier should be a fully qualified domain host name. If the website identifier is left blank, all records are rebuilt and the customer website information in the Braintree value is empty.
