    #163540 - welcome email does not send - I've added support for the facebook_auth module to go completly through the drupal new user creation, this should make the welcome email to be sent out.
    #170049 - Same name game - I've added support so if a username already exists it provides the user to create a new one (interface is beta, behavior is pretty good)
    #184274 - Same username causing timeout - I couldn't directly reproduce this, but the code for the above bug should already take care of this one.
    #185055 - logout bug - I couldn't reproduce this one either, but i've added some logout cleanup code.
