Drupal 4.1.0 is now available.

This release adds support for user profiles, comment moderation, improved forums, an auto-throttle congestion control mechanism, improved statistics tracking, paging, various performance improvements, and much more.

Hats off to all who worked on this release. I'm particularly enjoying the statistics module.

The update process was a little clunky this time. Running update.php always seems to throw errors. It may be that I don't track what version i'm currently running and select the wrong update path. Either way, it works great and the new functionality is wonderful.
