***Casetracker Actions***

Casetracker Actions provides Actions integration for the Case Tracker
module.

***Case Tracker Actions Module***

This module provides the actual actions integration. It includes 6 new
actions: Set case assigned user, Set case priority, Set case project, Set
case status, Set case type, and Take over case.

The first five provide the same dropdown forms as appear in the case
edit/case comment forms. The final action, intended more for end-users than
administrators, enables the current user to take over a case.

Excluding the "Take over case" action, users with the "Administrate
Casetracker" permission gain an additional option in their action
configuration form: Update Case in Invisible Mode. Cases updated in
invisible mode are changed directly in the database. Otherwise, all changes
are made by the creation of a standard "Case Comment", allowing the users
to observe the complete flow of changes to a case without confusion.

A word of warning: Invisible mode will not trigger notifications of any kind.

***Casetracker Actions Views***

If Views Bulk Operations is installed, an administrative view will be
turned on along with the Casetracker Actions. It allows the use of the
five "primary" actions described above, along with the standard
"Change the author of a post" action, which is included for the bulk
change of case requestors in the event a request contact needs to be
changed.

This view is restricted to users with the Administrate Casetracker permission.

***Future Thoughts***

1. Add the ability to designate a bot as the originator of the changes.
2. Reskin the "Change author of post" action in administrative view to read
"Change case requestor".
