Step by step instructions

1. • Go to Content management->Create Content->Forum topic
     
   OR
   1. Go to the list of forums.
      
   2. Select the forum you would like to post to.
   3. Click Post new forum topic
2. Enter the subject of your topic.
   
3. Under Forums choose the forum that it should appear under.
   
4. Enter your message
   
5. Click Save
   

If forum moderation is turned on then it will not be shown until a moderator approves it.
