| Page | How to Use and Edit This Web Site | This web site is built using Drupal. The goal is to use Drupal's modules for drop-in functionality and to allow many users (without much experience) to create, edit, and update content on the web site. All content is viewable by anyone, but only registered users can create/edit content. Therefore, you must register if you want to contribute. Registering also keeps you in touch with changes on the web site by subscribing you to the weekly newsletter which lists the next week's events and new content added to the site over the previous week. The main features of the web site are a calendar for posting events (recurring events too), a forum to discuss topics (linked to a mailing list if you prefer email), and a document repository to organize attachments (PDFs). The main menu on the left and top is for static pages. Content can be added to the pages or as stories, which will show up on the front page. |
