Note: I'm reposting this because my previous drupal email was wrong.

I'm looking for a drupal expert to bounce ideas off of, and give me guidance on building a portal application. Mostly I will be looking for your recommendations, based on the projects requirements.

I am a proficient coder but first time using drupal.
