Issue Summary
Checking the box at "Hide the Overview page from your users" makes it disappear and even "access forbidden" even for administrator.. its ok for users, but I as a admin want to edit the subscriptions and the options for them.

Bump - true for 7.x branch as well. It should only hide the overview sub-tab, NOT the entire subscriptions tab

Feel free to post D7 patches and review them — until then it's unlikely that we'll see any action in this area.
