Badges Removed when user is awarded new points

Hi,

I am using user badges with the user points module to award users badges for accumulated points. I have set the user points module to award users points for creating new nodes, such as a blog entry, forum topic, etc, and when posting comments.

I have created a range of badges and set them different user points. For example, badge1 for 10 points (Userpoints Goal setting:10), badge2 for 20 points (Userpoints Goal setting:20), etc. When a user reaches 10 points, badge1 is displayed as intended, but when they earn another point, or create a new node, badge1 (for 10 points) is removed from their user profile.

I sincerely appreciate any assistance you can provide.
