Hi,
I just installed drupal on my website www.24fps.co.in
Starngely I am not able to access my site from my office.
Whenever I try to connect to the site i GET THE FOLLOWING ERROR.
Network Error (tcp_error) A communication error occurred: "Operation timed out"
But other people are able to access my site.
Can anyone check my site and tell me what might be the problem.
Thanks
Venkat

As you can see there is a problem with the router 216.39.79.38.
What can I do now?
Hmm, fine from here.
Hi Venkat,
Yep I can access it fine from London, here's a tracert from my place...
I'd guess it's your companies routing setup. I take it you can tracert to other ip's ok?
This is what is my tracert shows.
As you can see there might be a problem at 216.39.79.38.
But what is that I can do as an end user to alter the route?
Can I do some thing?
Regards
Venkat
Whois?
Hey Venkat,
Entries 15 & 16 are identical which suggests your packets are getting stuck in a router loop of some sort. You could try reporting this to the owners/operators. That IP is owned by savvis.net, Completewhois.com has two addresses for them (below).. You could try mailing them with your IP, traceroute details and any other info you have...

I get the same error
I get the same error message. I installed drupal into my website under the directory http://www.fatalfitness.com/drupal
I was able to log into drupal all last night and now I can't access it from any computer, anywhere. I can still access fatalfitness.com, however. What might be the cause of this? Is it the same thing as with the previous comments? I don't really understand what any of those comments mean.
