After upgrading to CiviCRM 3.3.1, the top black CiviCRM menu shows, but the buttons didn't work. If I switch back to Garland it works. The fix is to turn ON - CSS Optimization in Drupal/Performance.
Not sure what the CiviCRM guys changed (well, I'm pretty there is more JavaScript) but something was a little different from 3.x to 3.3. I even tried the CiviCRM trick to "rebuild menus", but it didn't help.
Nice theme. No problems here, but I didn't know where else to post this tip. At least here, people can find it. I'm running IE8 on Win-7.

kisugiai commentedthats is a problem of ie maybe you have more then 31 css files so you have to turn on this funktion because the ie can't read mor then 31 css files
