Hi,

The countries.csv file has NULL values in the numeric column for Isle of Man, Montenegro and Serbia.

I'm not sure why this is, but I've sourced the correct codes from http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_3166-1_numeric and crafted a patch.
