double subscription

The "My Subscriptions" folder/tab is not user-friendly. Please see picture in http://i97.photobucket.com/albums/l208/shibby1011ph/subscription1.jpg while I explain my requests:

1) Under the Object column, the title should appear instead of the term "node".
2) Under the condition column, it should just be "bookreview" instead of "type = bookreview". My users might get confused with that.
3) I should not be able to subscribe to the same subscription.
4) In the last two rows under current subscriptions, I don't quite understand what you're talking about so please correct me if I'm wrong:

If a user wishes to receive one email containing all subscriptions, he can click on the check box in the rightmost column and click on the merge button. Did I understand correctly?
