Not visible in Drupal 5.0 Beta 2

I've installed jStools and turned on the jstools and jscalendar modules. I then installed the latest dev release of Scheduler and activated the module.
I then went to Administer>usermanagement> access control and turned on Scheduler for the relevant roles.
Even after enabling the user access I cannot locate the "switch" to turn the scheduler on.
It is not visible in Administer>Content Management>content types>< Content type>.

I'm running Drupal 5 beta2
