I have four images but the second image repeats three times. What is happening and how can it be fixed?

A couple of things I'd check (I'm not affiliated with the module, but I do use it):
1. Make sure you haven't accidentally attached the same image to 3 different nodes.
2. In your views properties, make sure you have the item count set correctly - if set too low, it will either repeat the others, or it will not show them all.

Its showing on the nodes that I posted the correct image, just not when viewing the slider.

I have 4 images and the count is set to 10.

This fixed my issue: http://drupal.org/node/869190 but instead of adding the code I just removed the spaces from the images and re-uploaded them.
