Modal Dialog Events

I've done some searching myself but was unable to find an answer. My question is does the ctools modal dialog plugins provided any events that could be bound to in JS? basically I want to bind to the modal dialog closing and execute some javascript when the window has closed out. It didnt appear like there is a way to execute specific javascript using commands on the php side, only ways to load external scripts.
