Once you have the module installed there are no settings nor blocks. The microsummary is a browser feature in Mozilla browsers like Firefox2.0. If you use that browser on your site and get to the "Bookmark This Page" dialog (either from Bookmarks>> Bookmark This Page OR by typing ctrl+D) then you should see a dropdown box where the Name usually is. This dropdown will allow you to select either the name of the site OR the microsummary.

If you dislike the contents of the microsummary at the moment you have to edit the microsummary.module file to change them.

Does that explain where to find it? If not, please let me know your site's URL (either here or via my contact tab) so I can test it.

I plan to make a screencast of how to use the module so that this is more clear.

There's now a movie showing this on the project home page: http://drupal.org/project/microsummary

I think that's probably good enough :)
