I downloaded the theme went to Administer >themes and activated it after i saved the configurations and the page refreshed there is no Admin menu? I hit the log out button to see if i could log back in and it would be there but now there is no log-in block either? Need to know first how to log back in and then how to get to the administer menu?

Thank you for the notice. Jackson is a sub-theme that runs off the NineSixty Theme. Did you install the NineSixty theme before you installed and activated the Jackson theme?
