Additional options for Terms of Use

I really like the Terms of Use module. I had a couple of customizations that I needed to make for a project that I am working on and thought that I would share the custom module I created with everyone. It is really rough and not thoroughly tested, so make sure if you use it to test it out first!

I uploaded a screenshot to better show what features I implemented. Depending on what the project holds before completion, there may be some additional changes, which I will post here.

If enough people are interested in these features, and Kars-T is not interested in putting these directly into Terms of Use, I would consider maintaining a separate module for these features (and others that come up possibly).
