After clearing shortcuts list, and pressing "Save changes" button on an empty list:

* Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in shortcut_set_customize_submit() (line 316 of /var/www/html/puppies-for-sale.biz/bb13/modules/shortcut/shortcut.admin.inc).
