Great module, but it is probably a bad idea that anyone that has access to administration section gets to change it's settings. I suggest you add an explicit permission to "Administer JQuery menu" so that this can be configured for each role.

Ok, I see that access is currently controlled by the "administer menu" permission provided by the core menu module. Nevertheless I think it's a common need for site editors to be able to add pages to menus, without having them play around with things that should be set when the site is built.
