Hello friends

I have created one view in which i am displaying some records with filter criteria. I have also provided the link for downloading the records in .xls file by enabling the views_export_xls module.

What I want is that "Not to display .xls link in view, if no records to display or that does not met criteria".

Can you please be more specific?

I'm not sure what you're trying to accomplish or how an .xls file comes into play here.

I have created one report using views.
I have also attached .xls link to download that report.

What I want:

I don't want to display .xls link in report, if doesn't display any records.
Means if report has "No records found" then it should not display that .xls link, which allow report to download in xls format.

How are you attaching an .xls link? In the footer? Empty text??
