Include cornify.js as library

There is no code release yet, so just to ensure, there _must_ be Cornify embedded as a library here.

Otherwise, I will organize a movement to rid d.o. of joke modules and themes.

If the theme author prefers, the library may be optionally enabled/disabled as a theme setting.

Shockingly, there is an official Cornify WordPress plugin, but no Drupal project. http://drupal.org/project/cornify

This CORNIFY GAP cannot stand, and I demand this theme protect Drupal against the charge that we do not provide enough sunshine and rainbows.
