In "admin/store/orders/(order number)/edit" there is "Add a line item:" currently in drop down list you can add "Emptly Line".

I would also like to have "Discount" line item there where admin can specify discount amount to that specific order in
"admin/store/orders/(order number)/add_line_item/discount.

Even if you give me directions to solve this i will be paying $30. I will pay to first person who has solution commented on this post.
