There are no missing providers. The problem is that some fields are empty, and thus their provider column is NULL. emfield_audit() is not filtering these out, and hence returning an array containing a NULL element.

I am having the same problem in 6.x-2.5. Do I need to apply the patch in the newer release?

I really don't need the Media: Video Flotsam module. Should I have to install it to send away the following error?

Finally, you might be able to locate the missing provider(s) at one of the Media: Flotsam project pages, such as Media: Video Flotsam, Media: Image Flotsam, or Media: Audio Flotsam. Note that these three are placeholder projects, seriously in need of proper homes. Please contribute if you are able!

The following query cleaned up the issue for me.
DELETE FROM content_field_video WHERE field_video_provider IS NULL
of course back up your database first!
