My site has accumulated a rather large number of book pages, several thousand actually. To manage it, I kept breaking everything into new categories, making each book several levels deep. Well, I don't have the time to keep doing this so I was wondering if anyone out there knows how to limit the number of pages in a book's toc to a set number, that is only displaying the last 50 nodes submitted within each toc. I've tried modifying the database calls in "$result" in the "function book_toc"...no go. Book is tricky to mess without screwing other things up, so I would appreciate someone far abler than I to point me in a direction to solve this. Thanks.
