Create a new supported release with support for jQueryUI 1.7.x

I am the maintainer of Tabs Panel Styles, and I have been trying to navigate the various compatibility issues with the different versions of jQuery and jQueryUI.

It would be helpful if the current recommended release included support for both version 1.6.x and version 1.7.x of jQueryUI as this would be one less issue for users to come up against.

The current dev release seems to work well for both versions, are there any significant issues why this cannot be rolled into a regular release?
