Issue Summary
Path is currently
admin/settings/menu_breadcrumb
but it should be
admin/config/user-interface/menu_breadcrumb
Patch forthcoming.

Unless this needs to be in the "Structure" section. That seems to be where Custom Breadcrumbs is located.
It still seems more appropriate to be in the Config location.
