I'm working for GDIT on the whitehouse.gov project and need to help maintain and commit some of our modules that are going open source. This is almost an entirely sponsored need to have CVS access for my fulltime job. I have so little free time for my side projects, they will probably stay in unsupported repositories elsewhere, and everything I do here with the CVS account will be for the EOP or GDIT. The one small exception is that my co-worker, dstol, wants me to help him with the maintenance of "Taxonomy Menu" with the teeny, tiny bit of free time I do have to offer.

As per requirements, the motivation should include more than 2 sentences of module feature descriptions, and a comparison with the existing solutions.

This is really about making John the co-maintainer of http://drupal.org/node/1006198 so I think it's RTBC given that the maintainer approves.

That said, John, your motivation message didn't follow the requirements. In the future I hope you will do a better job of noting and following the details in our community guideline documents. It's great that you and your employer support your community contributions, but even better if that work is channeled in the best ways.

I'd like to see a followup from John before marking this RTBC.
