Use unix file endings in all files.

Some of the *.txt files (Specifically INSTALL.txt) for the module have mac line endings. This makes them impossible to create a patch for. I note in INSTALL.txt that you're using/recommeding TextEdit.app - this program saves mac endings, so it would be good to recommend something else. I'm not a mac user, but I'm told http://www.barebones.com/products/textwrangler/ or http://www.fraiseapp.com/ are good (h/t adrinux)

Could you please re-save all the files with unix line endings and re-commit to CVS?
