I upload an image and inlined (as card.png) it into my content. I then saved the article and did some touchups on the image. deleted the old image and uploaded a new one (as card.png). The image in my article did not change. I cleared the cache but it still would not change. I then edited the article and replaced [inline:card.png] with [inline:1] and it worked

Can anyone reproduce this?
