* Possibly restore attribution from this account, why not do it?
* All other strings imported to account "drupaler.ru". Why not as "multiuser" as it in all others groups? Why exclusive rule, why not LDO general? (belarusian or ukrainian has "multiuser", but they too from drupaler)
* Account "pvasili" consist from multiuser lines. Account "drupaler.ru" consist from multiuser lines too. What a difference between these two accounts?

* How many people don't answered on newsletter. They will be moved to account "drupaler.ru" for possible subsequent restoration of attribution? It can be made? drupaler.ru for that? What a difference between these accounts?

after that - group will be opened for any user for continuing translation
