this patch allows you to configure the favorite nodes page to display favorite nodes as either tables or teasers (both options themable). paginates the favorite nodes page. also rolls in functionality for a favorite nodes block, fully configurable (for number of node titles to display and sub-titles). cleaned up code of patches to use constants for variable_get.
