Convert a node to a book page, get a warning about Duplicate entry like below

user warning: Duplicate entry '246' for key 'nid' query: INSERT INTO book (nid, mlid, bid) VALUES (246, 2160, 246) in /opt/websites/lugir.com/webroot/sites/all/modules/node_convert/includes/book.node_convert.inc on line 26.

I also get this issue.

I have pages that already belong to a book and I want to change them to "book" type instead.

It doesn't seem to have a bad effect as the only thing I want to change is the content type (not it's place in the book).

What this did for me was create a duplicate entry in the book navigation block. To get around the problem I needed to delete and recreate the menu item associated with the book.
