Edit or Create new content do not work since 5-beta2; bluemarine has become worse in 5-dev

Since Drupal 5-beta2, there is a problem to edit or create a new node. No problem for beta1! Tried the latest 5.x-dev with a fresh installation - same bug, i.e. nothing happens after you clicked an edit or create link. The screen just goes blank. No error messages in Drupal logs. Just impossible to create new or edit existing content.

Bluemarine theme has been changed in 5.x-dev, has become worse. There are ugly indents for subitems in the main item, i.e. subitems in the Navigation menu are shifted left too much taking space to the right and leaving unused space to the left.
