Changing the version number to 7.x in the backup_migrate_dropbox.info file seems to be all that's needed to port to D7. Patch attached.

The D7 version should be posted, I found this just after looking at the issue.

I made the 7.x-1.x-dev release visible in the module page, but I still think we need more testing before releasing an alpha
