Users should be able ti choose the imagecache presets to be supported as formatters.
If you have many imagecache presets, thus the UI and the theme registry gets reduced dramatically.

If no settings chosen, we should default to all presets instead of none.

Fixed limitation. If no presets chosen as candidates (module upgrade), all are selected by default.
