forum is not fluid

Forum tables are now fluid, also there was a bug when the page contains no sidebar(s), that's fixed to in the new 'kanji 7.x-1.1-beta3' release.
The blocks inside regions i'm not going to position, because that's different for each site depending the kind of blocks that people wants.
If you want you can add this to the local.css or use a module like css injector (so you don't override theme changes while updating)
