When I send a newsletter, there is no header or footer in the mail I receive in my inbox.

I reinstalled the module using the dev version, but this didn't solve the problem.

After I have saved the newsletter, and when I click on 'preview' I do see the header and the footer. When I click on view I don't see either.

In the htmlmail.tpl.php file, it seems the $header and $footer variables are empty.

Any help on solving this issue?

I'm having the very same problem as well.. I tried both the beta3 and dev versions.
Any input would be really welcomed
