it just gzip&Aggregat files that has been called in home page

hi
i use this great module in my website
it gzip files that has been called in home page
so when i navigate to another page that has a WYSIWYG editor"ckeditor" ... it doesn't gzip&aggregate the new js files "ckeditor js files"

and its too important to me to gzip the editor files because its so heavy and its weight about 330kb

could you help me please
