Mappers for other contrib modules need to be added to those contrib modules and not in Feeds.

#628354: Add support for Money as a Feeds mapping target is already an open issue. There's no need for two issues.

Just good to notice, this issue moved from the feeds module queue to the money queue recently as the feeds module don't add mappers for contributed modules (see comment #6).
