Load css and javascript before

Hi,

Just loving Accordion blocks, but find that when the page loads it expands the block, in other words it shows the raw block for a couple of seconds before closing to accordion style. This happens when every page loads and a little disturbing as it looks like errors.

Is there any way perhaps to pre-load the css / javascript so that it loads first before the page is rendered? Javascript and css compression is on.
