Will be great, if we have such like this [node:vocab:5:term-descriptions].
Token now can do this, but not for custom vocabulary and term http://drupal.org/node/148330

I have made a patch. It works for me perfectly.

I have attached patch itself and already changed module (1.x-dev)

And I add [node:vocab:1:vocab-name] Name of vocabulary token.
It works for me perfectly.

It's include such tokens:
[node:vocab:1:vocab-name] - Vacabulary name token
[node:vocab:1:term-description] - Top Term description token
[node:vocab:1:term-synonym] - Top synonym of Top term token
