i am logged in as admin, permissions seem fine. i get these errors when editing user profile. using content profile, never had this problem before, why is it acting up all of a sudden? problem occurred before upgrading to 6.20 drupal. sometimes get 404 page not found.
what is the problem?

Woa, that's a long list
I didn't read through the entire list of modules, but I might have an idea of where to start.
1. If you haven't run cron for a long time, try that. (Clearing cache is also always a good thing when weird problems occur.)
2. I have noticed that Panels/Page manager and Content Profile sometimes seem to get into conflict. Do you have Page manager enabled for the user edit page? If so, that could be it.

Same issue I think.
I've been chasing down the same problem I think. Content Profile seem sto have stopped working since some upgrades (Core and Modules). I found this link http://drupal.org/node/905868 that suggests it might be Date/Calendar related but you dont seem to have them in your list... so maybe that's not it.
I think it might be permissions related somehow, as I CAN save a content profile if I use User 1.
