I might have missed this somewhere down the line. How would I be able to allow users to add content to a node with out changing any other content already added to it or the title of the node? Is there a module that exists for this? Any help would be appreciated.

This is ambiguous. The easiest way I can think of is using comments -- they can't change any of the information before it and they can't change the title. It's possible to theme the comments with a little advanced theming so they look like natural additions to the node body.
